Omicron was recently selected as the consulting partner to develop the critical applications, manage and facilitate the deployment for one of the world's largest refining companies. This project included the use of our SVT process, our Eagle Project Management methodology, and complex interaction with OSIsoft, Microsoft and several other vendors critical to this client company. In addition, Omicron took the responsibility for the master project plan and schedule, as well as the creation of an extensive knowledge transfer program across all technologies. Omicron has also worked with client third party maintenance providers, to assist our clients in optimizing all aspects of the system's life cycle.

Omicron has been recognized for its work and certification in the area of Quality Management and has been independently certified to perform validation studies and compliance consulting, as well as the new Sarbanes-Oxley compliance management. Omicron has performed validation work of a variety of styles in the Refining, Power, Pharmaceutical, and Chemical and related manufacturing industries. Omicron performs validation compliance services for FDA, EPA,CRC, 21 CFR Part 11, cGMP, CLP, GCP, OSHA, PSM, EPA, RMP, and other such regulatory requirements.

Omicron is also well known for its unique role as a third party developer of ISV or commercial software. Over the years, Omicron has been a contributing or sole developer of industry leading software, developed exclusively for software manufacturers.
