Omicron 3S frees your strategic staff from routine maintenance and one-time implementation tasks, while we manage and communicate the health of your PI Environment.

We perform all of the appropriate ongoing maintenance examinations aligned to your strategic direction. Omicron 3S addresses day-to-day maintenance with integrated implementation planning and implementation services, outsourced all under one umbrella.

Throughout the year, Omicron technicians examine all servers, interface nodes, and other equipment that encompass a client’s overall PI System. A comprehensive annual report and monthly fact sheets are delivered to the client, with summary of work and recommendations.

The program structure allows for the work to be performed one day each week, an additional day each month, plus an annual five day comprehensive review. Extra time is set aside for problem mitigation.
