The Process Manufacturing industry is continually facing pressure to improve performance while reducing resource utilization and cost. One way to effect this change is by fully leveraging existing systems and infrastructure, utilizing internal staff wherever possible. Unfortunately, many times internal staff does not have the experience necessary to generate maximum value from existing systems. Omicron’s Training and Knowledge Transfer Services are designed to help a client’s internal staff better understand and leverage the PI infrastructure. Clients have many reasons for utilizing Omicron’s Training services including:
