Omicron’s ONS program includes access to IT industry leaders driving your technology initiatives. Onsite support for the term of the contract is also included with remote support during off-hours. With the ONS program, Omicron implements a 24 x 7 Systems Watch program which alerts when there are potential system outages before your users call.

Omicron’s ONS program features:

  • Full or Half-time Onsite Support for Length of Contract
  • Full-time Monitoring with Reporting
  • 8x5 Remote Administration
  • Off-hour System Outage Support (up to 6 occurrences for contract year)
  • Hardware Pass-Through Support

Daily system administration and discretionary project work is also included in your custom program.
