For over 13 years, Omicron has been a strategic partner taking OSIsoft’s software products through major stages of growth, version planning & migration. These products enable OSIsoft’s customers to review and monitor historical and "real-time" production data.

Omicron recently created a new software offering for OSIsoft that is based upon the Microsoft SharePoint technologies. OSIsoft delivers systems to over 10,000 locations around the world. The new software offering is the company’s flagship offering for data transparency, visualization and collaboration for use in the manufacturing sector.

RtWebParts creates a series of web parts that display production information in real-time with sub-second frequency. The product also includes a SOA data delivery layer to allow customers to plot, display and analyzed data from real-time, relational and Web Service sources.

This product offering becomes the basis for a company’s information delivery platform.

Our current joint strategy with OSIsoft is a Real-time Performance Portal with a flexible, services oriented, architectural solution that provides OSIsoft customers a customizable / flexible tool set for viewing and sharing process information inside, and across business boundaries.
