Omicron has created a process that leverages our knowledge as implementers of OSIsoft products for the past 15 years. In addition, clients will benefit from our role as a key development partner of OSIsoft. Omicron has developed products such as PI ProcessBook, RtPortal and RtReports, and others. This has uniquely qualified Omicron to help customers assess how to best leverage RtPM products. Omicron and our customer will work together during the workshops to:

  1. Step 1: RtPM Usage Review - Review existing use of the RtPM/PI system platform at your company. The team will investigate the current use of the RtPM platform at the different organizational levels and locations within your company.
  2. Step 2: Industry Benchmark – The team will then turn our attention to industry best practice and benchmarking use of the RtPM platform to achieve maximum value from the platform.
  3. Step 3: OSIsoft Roadmap – Next the team will look at the current and planned products form OSIsoft to allow the team to understand the overall product capabilities, positioning and plans.
  4. Step 4: User Experience – Once the team is educated as to the industry, current adoption and product direction; the team focus on areas of user requirements for data and applications that can fulfilled by the existing and new RtPM platforms with in your company.
  5. Step 5: Roadmap Creation – In the final step of the process, Omicron will document the roadmap that the team had jointly created. This roadmap is reviewed with the direct team and the extended team for final input and consensus on the path forward.
